Reli Communications are able to support numerous IP Telephony systems. It is slowly becoming evident that the traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) telephone system will be replaced with Voice Over IP software based systems.
The versatility of an IP system makes it easier for end-users to add or move additional handsets. If a new telephone is required, the customer can simply purchase a new handset and licence, plug-in and go!

The type of telephone system you require can vary a great deal. If you are a sole trader - then having a VoIP phone is great! You can have several phone numbers, take advantage of services like voicemail, take your phone with
you wherever you have a broadband connection - and normally only pay for the cost of the calls you make. Please contact us if you think this would be of advantage to your business. It's generally cheaper than having an extra BT line installed
and can bring a lot of benefits.
If you're working out of an office environment - there can be issues with VoIP. Your existing broadband connection isn't likely to be able to cope with more than a couple of calls before the call quality starts to suffer. You may find that the cost of having
a more adequate line installed, will out-weigh the benefits. There are several solutions to this problem, and we can advise on a individual basis.
